World of Illusion Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1. By purchasing tickets for the World of Illusion, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by and subject to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to the use of the information you provide as described herein.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.3. All ticket holders must present their tickets (digital or printed) at the entrance to gain access.
2. Ticket Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.2. While we reserve the right to adjust our prices before you book, once your booking is confirmed, the price stated in your confirmation email will not be altered.
2.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. Booking Confirmation
3.1. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. This email will include your ticket(s) and details of the event.
3.2. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking, please contact our customer service team immediately.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1. Cancellation:
Full Refund: Customers may receive a full refund if a booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour.
Partial Refund: Customers cancelling their booking between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
No Refund Within 24 Hours: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.
Completed Visits: No refunds are available once the visit or service has been completed.
All cancellations must be communicated directly to our office via email or phone. The time of cancellation will be determined based on when the notice is received. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
4.2. Rescheduling:
Requests for rescheduling are at the World of Illusion team's discretion.
You can change the date and time of your visit up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot.
If you need to change your booking within 24 hours of your visit, please contact us directly by email or phone.
5. Transfer of Tickets
5.1. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Any transfer requests must be approved by the World of Illusion office.
6. School Tour Bookings
6.1. Eligibility: School tour bookings are available for primary and secondary schools.
6.2. Booking Process: To book a school tour, the teacher or school administrator should contact our office directly via email or phone. A dedicated representative will assist with the booking process.
6.3. Group Size and Supervision: A minimum group size of 15 students is required for school tours. Adequate adult supervision must be provided by the school, with a minimum ratio of 1 adult per 15 students.
6.4. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit for school tours is required within 1 week of booking to confirm the reservation. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Final payment is required 48 hours before the tour date.
6.5. School Tour Cancellation Policy:
More than 48 hours before the tour date: Full refund.
Less than 48 hours before the tour date: No refund.
6.6. Behavior and Conduct: All students must adhere to staff instructions at all times. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
7. Tour Changes or Cancellation by World of Illusion
7.1. World of Illusion will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the tour and exhibits are open during advertised hours. However, we reserve the right to close the venue or any part of it for safety or operational reasons, with or without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of a full closure, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer tickets to an alternative date, if available. World of Illusion is not liable for any travel expenses or other out-of-pocket costs.
8. Entry and Conduct
8.1. The World of Illusion is suitable for visitors of all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
8.2. Pets or animals (except guide dogs and service dogs) are prohibited within the venue.
8.3. For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors:
No eating or drinking is allowed inside the venue.
Running is strictly prohibited.
Visitors must follow all instructions from staff regarding conduct.
Any visitor who behaves in a disruptive, aggressive, or violent manner may be asked to leave the venue immediately, without refund.
9. Illusions and Exhibits
9.1. World of Illusion features interactive and visual illusions designed to entertain visitors. Participation is at the visitor’s own risk.
9.2. Photo Experience (Optional Extra):
Photo Experience is an optional service that allows visitors to take photos using our cameras, which are set up on stands at 3 designated illusions. Photos are collected and viewed via a QR code card at the reception desk before purchase.
Visitors wishing to use this service must purchase it separately, either at the time of booking or on-site.
Visitors may use their photos for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
World of Illusion is not responsible for any missed photos, including those missed due to visitor absence, failure to scan the QR code, or technical issues beyond our control.
Once photos have been collected digitally or printed, and the visitor has left the venue, World of Illusion accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any photos.
9.3. Visitors must not damage, tamper with, or misuse any illusions or exhibits. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may result in financial liability for repairs or replacement.
9.4. All visitors are required to follow instructions provided by staff regarding the use of exhibits to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
10. Liability
10.1. World of Illusion will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
