The journey then stops at Lord Brandon's Cottage where snacks and lunch are available. Some guests will continue on and explore the gap of Dunloe however this tour makes the return journey by boat from Lord Brandon's Cottage back to Reen Pier.

There is free parking available at Ross Castle, however they tend to fill up quickly in the morning so we advise you arrive early.
Please note, during extended dry spells the lakes experience exceptionally low water levels. Because of this passengers have to disembark at Dinis Cottage (between the Upper & Middle Lakes) and walk in order to meet the boat at the other side. The terrain underfoot can be a bit loose and slippery and may not be suitable for any person that may experience mobility issues or walking difficulties.
